Because each piece is made by hand, we ask that you allow for a reasonable amount of time for us to put together your order. Of course there are times when you really need that gift as in yesterday, so just be sure to mention it in your order email and we'll see what we can do! =)
We cannot guarantee the availability of items in the store.
Colour or contents of item may differ from the picture displayed. If you have any specific requirements, please be sure to mention it in your order email and we'll see if we can accommodate you.
All packages are sent via the SA Post Office. From our side we'll do our best to ensure that the parcel is wrapped and items are protected from possible damage, however Bits & Pieces cannot be held liable for any damages to the parcel or the contents thereof incurred through posting. Should you require us to courier it to you or insure the parcel, we will gladly do so however please note that any additional cost will be added to the invoiced amount.
